He can. His Heavenly pact works kinda in the opposite way, he can see cursed energy but doesn’t give off any as well, making him “invisible” to other sorcerers he’s not directly in the line of sight of. Unlike Maki, His lack of cursed energy comes from a heavenly pact inflicted upon him before birth. It doesn’t affect anything else. He’s just a killing machine because of his blood line & how hard he’s trained. You’re thinking of Hagane Daido. The swordsmen with no cursed energy. Daido uses his 5 senses later we see this happen with maki. + she loses her cursed energy making her an upgraded toji.
