Do we need to take the merchandise ticket and Where exactly do we need to take it? And I have been to universal Singapore twice but never had to take merchandise ticket to buy merch.

For now, you don't need to take a merchandise ticket!😄During the initial rush, there might have been instances where they distributed numbered tickets near the entrance to manage the crowd!!

On the back of the ring set case was written the size range, JP size: 8 to 10, and also said, "Please note that frequent size adjustments may result in damage."
