(If you don't believe me just watch the detective Pikachu movie or the one pice live action) Whenever a live adaptation fails it's almost always the fult of management or production. Attention to deatail is the most important thing when makeing an adaptation of something in a defrint meda. If everyone working on the project isn't keenly familiar with what there re-creating then they won't be able to do it right. The reson that Pokémon didn't have this problem is becose 1. They do most if not all of the work useing there own teams. (AKA the peaple made and are working on the main meda) And the reason one piece didn't is becose Oda was hyper selective with who got to work on it.
