Things is about the character development is most of it comes out of left field but yuji going through all this and him learning to value life and the people around him being happy for the first time in ages but now being more mature and clearly growing up and megumi grieving over his sisters death who he blames himself for and in the last chapters we see him kidna lift the weight of his shoulders and finding a way to keep going since he has yuji and nobara

To the villains part. Sorry, but it is stated a couple of times that the real reason why Sukuna is evil is that he was very much mistreated by society in Heian era. Also in epilogue for him and Uraume in a flashback from Heian we can see that though he was twisted at that point (we can see him in his full form and he speaks of human flesh as a delicacy) he still had a human side to him. He took in Uraume as a kid and formed a fatherly bond with her. he even went into the afterlife with her and changed his viewpoint then. So we can say that Sukuna was overwhealmingly evil, we cannot say that this was whole truth to him like for example with Mahito or this blonde fucker with sword with hand-shaped grip (I refuse to remember the name of that shit).

Respectively,I feel like My hero wins in all the categories except for fight choreography ,Deku is an extremely underrated MC, watching this skinny ,scared , crybaby kid grow to be one of the best hero is an incredible experience. The character development is crazy characters I hated such as Endeavour and Bakugo changed for the better, not to mention the villains, theres All for One and muscular who are just pure evil ,then there's broken villains like Dabi and Shigaraki
