It's not just the animation that takes time, but also the voice acting, sound effects, VFX if there is any, coloring, backgrounds, shadows, shading, movement, and translation. All of this takes time, so I believe my estimate is justified.

@@RipVanWinkle-zi3ul The only reason we get anime so fast is because the workers are being forced to break their hands for the company, and their ridiculous due dates. Not because it's easy to make. Remember, every frame starts out as a blank white sheet. Everything you see on screen is added by hand. It's not fast and simple process. That's why it can be years before you get a second or third seasonmod any anime.
