JUKI Mother Factory - Ohtawara , Japan-

This is introduction of JUKI' mother factory "Ohtawara Plant".
All of JUKI’s industrial sewing machines are “produced near the customer” at five factories in three countries: Japan, China, and Vietnam. The group companies producing “made by JUKI” products share manufacturing techniques, construction methods, know-how, etc. invented at the “OHTAWARA PLANT,” the mother factory.

I have owned a Juki 562 for almost 30 years. A few minor adjustments over the many years. The machine is the best out there! Reliable, very few missed stitches. Keep it oiled and watch for any oil spots, especially on garment leather. A quick wipe before sewing. Outstanding technology here. Thanks for sharing the "How". RAM Leatherwork

Since Bangladesh is one of the top garments and denim producers of the world just trailing behind China, why shouldn't JUKI build a massive production facility in Bangladesh? Bangladesh is JUKI's substantial buyer. JUKI should open a plant in Bangladesh and employ youth from the skilled and semi-skilled populations. My humble request, build your largest plant in Bangladesh and boost our fully automated production in certain RMG trade. In fact, you can negotiate with the government of Bangladesh to give you concession and financial leverage. You can even offer public or private sector to invest cash capital in your venture. You can gain "wants and need, tertiary need" knowledge from RMG manufacturers in Bangladesh and develop new range of products and new array of machines for the future RMG industries. JUKI should also establish a maintenance and overhauling facility asap.
