the finnish shoulder shrug is indeed finnish defence force staple. also throwing "löyly" works wonders too; duck and bend your knees to 90° angle and keep your back straight, then proceed to swing your hands like you were throwing water onto "kiuas", or stove in sauna in english. you can do the throwing with both hands. you get pretty warm pretty fast doing this. also just basic X-hops works well too. keep safe and warm y'all!! 😎🇫🇮
