That was one of the most ridiculous strategies to win at Cricket I have ever seen! Cricket is a math game not a close game. Of course if you are playing a weak opponent you can play that way but against a good player they will simply crush you with points and let you keep closing until it is too late for you to get the point lead back!

I'm no professional darts player, but in cricket if you have the points lead, just pile the points on. If you're playing from behind you need to score to catch up and take the lead. Also, I've noticed a lot of American players get visibly frustrated while playing. If you watch the PDC, they don't get nearly as frustrated. Darts is as much a mental game as it is a physical game.

Any dart outside of the 25 and bull stays in (to see who is closest) but 25 and bull gets removed. If they both hit the 25 or bull it gets thrown again until one player gets the higher segment

It was against the rules for the ADO National events as well as the WDF 501 event. All other events players were free to use them.

@@brohardin House just refers to a slice of the board that they have “ownership” of so to speak. If player 1 closes 20, 19, 18, and player 2 closes 20 and 17, player 1 has 2 “houses” to score some points on (19 & 18) and player 2 has 1 “house” to score some points on (17). You need to “close” a number by hitting it three times before you can score points on it and you can only score points on a number that your opponent has NOT closed yet. Hope that helps a little

@@72889cloesch1 I’ve been playing darts for seven years. I live in the US and where I live there’s darts every night except for Sundays. So yes, you could say I play often. People in our leagues will say they need double bullseye, double bullseye, double 16 to take out 132. That sounds soo stupid! When have you ever heard Wayne Mardle or any of the other PDC commentators say double bullseye when a player has 50 left with one dart in hand?
