I keep my kitchen clean enough to make microchips in. Something falls on the counter, or lord forbid, the floor, it goes back in the pan. Never had a complaint or anyone get sick
@gregdubya19932 жыл бұрын
@@burpostockings I'll do counter and stove unless I've been cooking a lot and the stove is messy. I can't do floor. Even if I've just finished steam cleaning the tile. It goes into the "chicken bucket", our namesake bucket for scraps to go out to the chickens.

Watching her has made me a better cook for my family. She taught me to never be intimidated by food, and to take chances in the kitchen. I audibly gasped when she spilt potato on her stove, but that’s what makes her great, she takes chances and didn’t fear the flip. She is a treasure.

How did people watch this without color?
@MrsEJV4 жыл бұрын
7 Buddha I had to respond because I’m 73 and had this conversation with my six year old granddaughter yesterday. We had the first TV in our neighborhood that had six or seven shows a week, the big one being Ed Sullivan on Sunday night. The screen was about 12 - 14” with a magnifying panel in front of it. Everyone was there on Sunday! My first memory of color TV was seeing a baseball game in color many years later. So no computers, cell phones, microwaves, clothes dryers, car a/c, (or seatbelts). If you’ve never seen it or had it, you don’t miss it. What you DO have, like Ed Sullivan, is a big deal. I really feel life was better pre cellphone. Sure, I carry one in my purse for an emergency but can go a month without using it. I will admit to loving my iPad, but miss being connected on a personal level. I’d far rather talk than text.
@bransrubar4 жыл бұрын
easily. Color is not required for quality

Sweet summer child. Nothing was available on TV in colour back then. It was way too expensive and a brand new medium reserved for films. I’m not even that old and I can remember having a black and white TV in my bedroom, it was quite a privilege.
