Julia definitely has a big potential, it’s great she finally made her grand slam breakthrough,I thought it would happen in Australia given the amazing results at the start of the year. I like a lot the way she talks, she is honest and I think she is a very kind and down to earth person.

Ach wie wunderbar : Jule zeigt, dass sehr erfolg/reiche SportlerInnen auch jede Menge Interessantes zu sagen haben, dabei durchaus bescheiden und sehr reflektiert bleiben können, und die entsprechende Lebensweisheit sogar noch sportlich umsetzen können...sie ist und bleibt (leider) eine Ausnahmeerscheinung...in ihrem Sinne : es ist letztlich egal, ob sie noch weiterkommt oder nicht, aber toll wär's schon, und sie kann sich sicher sein, dass jede Menge Tennisfans es ihr gönnen würden...bin in diesem Sinne auch immer wieder beeindruckt von der Art, wie sie sich von ihren Gegenübern verabschiedet...hoffentlich weiterhin so erfolgreich !

Not only I speak German, but I love listening to the idioms Germans translate into English. I am supporter of Norwich City FC and the manager Daniel Farke does this too in interviews. Also I notice with Julia and he insert a lot of "Yeah" as filler words too. I just notice this as I study the language, no criticism. I just find it very interesting as a student of languages to learn these nuances!

Actually she through out an interesting story in the german part where she was asked what she put out of her mouth right after the match finished. It´s a clip for the teeth, because she bites too much on her teeth while hitting the ball.
