I worked at Starbucks for many years and it really sucks. We had horrible customers. Once there was a guy who kept on making racial comments towards me and everyone who worked there knew about it. The manager tried to get him banned from the store but of coarse the district manager didn't care and did nothing about it. I started making all this guy's drinks with decaf every time I could.
