I think Drew calling him her "boyfriend" was just young Drew being precocious. That poor child was brought to Studio 54 at the age of 8, so she was living in an adult world. Many young girls call someone their boyfriend. It's just fantasy and they are too innocent to understand the connotations or inappropriateness of that. Back in that day, most kids that age knew nothing about sex, so saying that someone was your boyfriend was a very innocent remark. What has always made me wonder though are the stories of a young Drew spending her weekends at his house. The stories never mentioned that Drew's mother or nanny were there, and always sound like she visited alone. I believe he was still a single man back then, so if that's true, I don't understand how any parent would put their little girl in that position. Since Drew always calls him her godfather, it sounds as if the relationship was innocent, but that doesn't let her mother off the hook for dumping her there. Drew seems like the kind of woman now who would absolutely speak up now if something bad had happened. I think she views him as a father figure. I love kids and always thought that Drew was the most precious little girl. Though I am only 12 years older than she, I remember being 19 or 20, and feeling concerned that she wasn't being properly cared for or supervised. This is the first I've heard of him and the Jurassic Park girl. If it's true, it's criminal and that woman should speak up and out him.
