I spy the Gilligan's Island radio in the first scene with Corey and Julia. Not the exact same prop but the same make and model. The little girls doll is a Baby Drowsy by Mattel. They had a Caucasian and African American version. This one of the earliest baby dolls to be made so that Black children could see themselves in a doll, just like Mattels Julia doll was one of the first Black fashion dolls.

I don't think it's fair to FORCE boys to play with girls Corey wasn't happy he couldn't play with his boy at (HIS HOUSE) Julia didn't put her foot down hard enough on Mrs. FORCEFUL DEERING who just took her house over + brought her work with her not to realistic for me on so many levels
