Absolutely love how positive your mindset is around food/eating. It's so refreshing to hear someone speak about these things in such a non-negative way. I feel like diet culture affects so many people (EVEN ONES WHO AREN'T DIETING), there are so many habits that society deems as perfectly normal when in reality they're just unhealthy/borderline disordered. Love you so much, keep doing what you're doing

I’m a pour over coffee gal and recently learned some tips. 1- rinse your filter trust me 2- soak the beans the first pour over you do just leave for 1 minute and finally 3- don’t grind it toooo smalll or it drains too slow and holds the bitter TRUST sister

When it comes to Korean spices: recently tried a new sauces for my spring rolls based on vegan mayo and gochujang/ssamjang and my gosh, I will never go back to plain mayo or sriracha mayo. They are just SO SO good! Packed with umami, tangy, spicy just incredibly good. Highly recommend this combo!

Add the cheese sauce to the hot pasta instead of the sauce to the pasta in the pan it creates an entire differently experience while eating it. When you hear it up on the pan you lose the sauce, the texture changes etc etc etc.

I love how bouncy you it makes me feel very seen. I just found out I’m on the spectrum with ASD. I see so many similarities within you and myself. You could look into it if you have tik tok etc. it’s very overlooked in woman and become less taboo and spoken about on their. I also have ADHD it could help you knowing more about yourself with your mental health and personality as you’re finding yourself on your new journey. 🧡🧡🧡🧡

I recognize that sriracha, hot sauce squeezy; it's probably the most processed item I use. Otherwise, I'm trying to stay loyal to a WF diet, from ~300 yrs ago.. which kinda excludes all powders.. flour excluded. The devil appears to be in the processed "stuff".

Look babe! I love your chanel and your food but you show your plate, fin but do you eat the hole thing???????????? That's the thing. A major big plate you make for your self, it's impossible to eat the hole thing. I'm a bodybuilder, I eat big amounts with 7 meals per day. Your meals that you show, are not realistic (They are not a true eating). Show that you eat all your food and then, I will believe you.
