Being out in nature has helped me get through times tough times too. It soothes the soul. Here in south western PA we have lots of Dunkin shops as well. There is one in walking distance of my house, always a treat.

Hey girly. I watch your channel and think your so adorable and smart. Sorry your going through this breakup and I'm glad your seeing a Therapist to help you through this. Big hugs 🤗🤗 I'm reaching out to suggest to you that you should make your chickens some nesting boxes where they can lay eggs. You are so handy that I'm sure you'll be able to build them in a few hours. When your hens have propper nesting boxes you might then get your green egg layers to lay the green eggs. Make sure to build the nesting boxes up off the ground. Line the boxes with straw or dry grass. If you need ideas i think Google can give you great info.

There is no time limit on healing and don't force anything. I walked away from a narcissistic relationship about 3 years ago but I'm still healing, I loved him so much but had to leave for my own emotional wellbeing and peace. We were in a relationship for about 3 years but because of how he was it was quite volatile. It was incredibly hard to leave. I had to learn just because you love and adore someone it doesn't give them licence for bad behaviour. I wish you well in all of your endeavours, I love your home ❤ Look after yourself lovely girl - you will be alright. xx

I really need help after 9yrs relationship i came to know that my bf didn't told his parents about me in promise of marriage he physically and mentally used me, when recently i called his parents for first time as i knew that his parents are allowing this relationship, they scolded me every possible way they claimed that i have destroyed his life, i cant tell also they questioned on my caracter also, no one in my life never told that much to me, his mother told me to break the relation and never talk to him, after knowing also he had physical and mental relationship with me,those words are so unbearable i cant sleep eat read or anything i cant tell my parents also how much they hurt me because my parents were agreed for my relation for my happiness, how can i tell them that person amd his family done this to me, i have no friends also, but his parents told them they are agree in this relationship in future you can marry, i can realise now how they are playing this dirty game with me,please anyone give me suggestion how i can i lead a normal life now i cant always be broken by seeing in this situation my parents will be very sad everytime i am crying but i cant show to them

Hi! I'm so sorry to hear what you're going through. Breakups suck and honestly there's no way around the pain but through it. I really recommend searching for therapy, it's helped me a lot. Allow yourself to sob it out, allow yourself to grieve, and allow yourself the knowledge that this too shall pass. He was a lesson in life, a painful one. Spend more time with family and friends and people who love and support you. Rediscover yourself, your hobbies, and what's fun to you. I know that I don't know you and this is only through a screen but I want you to know that you are loved, you are amazing, you are beautiful, and the world is blessed to have you here❤️
