I would love to pick your brain but for now all I'm asking is for the arrangement of this song. I'm playing it for a local competition in a few months.I noticed a few things you added like the Fluter Tongueing. But the score would be great. I also noticed you start and a F# and end on a B rather than C. Perfect pitch helps me there haha. Thanks Dima Clarke- Senior At HVHS, GP Oregon

How the heck do you do circular breathing? I've been trying to learn
@nathanielthomas44377 жыл бұрын
Andrew Buckendorf basically you push air through the instrument by filling your cheeks with air and inhaling through your nose. Its pretty hard to learn.
@terryjones5737 жыл бұрын
As you exhale, fill your cheeks with air, then close your throat. Then you use the muscles of your cheeks to push air out of your mouth, (thinking of doing a "raspberry" sound helped me). Because you are physically pushing the air out, instead of using the respiratory system, it frees up your trachea so you can breathe in through your nose while using your cheeks to continue playing. When you've filled your lungs you then switch back to exhaling to create sound/play the instrument. Once I figured it out in my head it was pretty easy to start doing it, even though it's harder to do it while playing.

Exhale some previously inhaled air into your cheeks, in a larger-than-normal quantity, then compress them with the muscles in your cheeks to blow out the air you filled them with whilst breathing in through your nose. Start off by trying to use a straw and keep bubbles constantly flowing in a cup of water. That’s how I learned.
