Jesus Christ Julian Jackson was a terrifying puncher. I've seen several KO's of his where he left the guy in Fencing Position out cold... And it's also surmised that the Gerald McClellan tragedy started after he took a hit from Jackson, where he started complaining of severe headaches.

I been saying this for years. G-Mans issues started when he got headaches from Jackson even though he won their matches. He said he had a terrible headache

I don’t think Milton was trying to be disrespectful of Jackson not touching gloves, he looked absolutely terrified and had zero business being in the ring.

yeah he actually knew he was doomed, he probably just wanted to make it into the middle rounds so he could be taken seriously later as a contender and make some more money.

Milton was scared to death here. Threw two punches,landed one to the body, almost by accident. Even in his dressing room the footage showed a man who was about to lose.

@@patrickh8514 I’m sure McClellan would’ve beaten him. When fighters get older one thing they do not lose is their power. McClellan was somehow able to withstand Jackson’s punches and so that would’ve been true no matter what year they fight

Herol Graham was on the tail end of Jackson's vicious right hand that left him motionless a year earlier! Three years before that, Buster Drayton, a durable contender took a left hook from Jackson and fell like a tree! His power was unlike any other!!

@@mikem591 I recall an anecdote from Jackson's two round blastout of Terry Norris. Norris trainer Abel Sanchez asked Jackson why did he have to throw the other two punches and that he didn't have to hit Norris after the first one. Jackson smiled and said it was nothing personal but he wanted to make sure Norris didn't get up!

@@kenosultan3240 I sometimes think that Jackson messed with Norris' ability to take a punch after that. He might have been remembered as having a sturdier chin if he hadn't fought Jackson. That was a brutal knockout.

@@mikem591 Simon Brown also added credence to your testimony along with Keith Mullings and Laurent Boudouani as they all stopped Norris after Jackson. Norris lost nine fights, three by TKO and one by KO.

Milton unfortunately was out of his class here. He was continually trying to buy time by holding, and was trying to do just that again, when Jackson made his required space and landed the last shot which I’m sure Milton didn’t see coming.

They are not trying to kill each other , boxing is an exhibition of skill. As for god, “imagine there’s no heaven, above us only sky, and no hell below us it’s easy if you try” words of a truly godly man. He knew the score.
