That was a lot of different techniques and steps. It builds to a sophisticated look. When you were blurring your images, I felt a strong sense of protest. But ultimately a bunch of distinct images would not only feel chaotic, the chaos would over power the focal elements. Your techniques make a harmonious background that sets the mood for the entire card. Watching the card unfold was quite valuable. Often when I see Tim Holtz’s makers’ inspiration pieces, I feel awed but also like the pieces are beyond my skill set. Seeing the process laid out technique by technique showed me that I can do this too. Thank you ☺️
