Brady's football genius was exactly that.. with his skills to change the original play call and adapt to the defense within a few seconds at the line of scrimmage.. is insane! Everyone who plays sports at a high level can relate. Actually I’d be willing to bet that regardless of the nature of the activity, if you do it competitively and if you care at all about winning, you can relate. Everyone has that time or two when they were “so close” and sh&t the bed.

@@zachmcdaniel3811 exactly! I don’t know much about bowling but even if it’s chess club at the local YMCA ( or wherever they do chess club🫤 ), if the stakes are elevated and you blow it, it’ll stay with you for a while. Lmao I just thought of a perfect example. I’m the oldest of three brothers and every year we do a big ping-pong tournament for Thanksgiving, there’s over 20 of us in the adult bracket with a $5 entry, final 4 gets entry fee back and champion takes the rest. Three years ago, my youngest brother beat me in the finals to win almost $500. Even without the money that one stings still, but the big purse, that kind of twists the knife 🤣

SB 49 was and still is the greatest game I've ever watched. An all-time great defense trading blows with an all-time great offense. I haven't forgotten the rollercoaster of emotions watching that game. I remember before the interception, I just looked on in disbelief after the Kearse catch. I was ready to see the Seahawks just run it in after Lynch ran up the middle. Then the interception happened, and it took me a second to realize what happened. "UN-REAL!" Greatest game ever

You guys missed the fact that Butler had two game saving plays. There was obviously the interception, but with that crazy Kearse catch, he kept his head about him and pushed Kearse out of bounds when they both realized it was a catch. Everybody thought that pass was incomplete except Kearse and Butler. If Butler hadn't pushed him out of bounds, it would have been a touchdown.

I remember I think it was McCourty but I could be wrong came flying in as well while Kearse was juggling the ball and just jumped over him. Because it’s a tipped pass, there’s no pass interference and he coulda done whatever he wanted to make that an incompletion, he coulda even punted the ball out of pounds, but I don’t think he thought Kearse had a shot at it. I remember my dad screaming “every year the luckiest play in Super Bowl history happens against us.”

One of my most vivid memories in life is the stretch from the Kearse catch to the butler interception in my living room. I remember every conversation we had, where everyone was sitting, it’s crazy. We talked about how every Super Bowl the luckiest play going against us is what costs us the game. We talked about how they should just let them score immediately so we have more clock to work with since Lynch was probably gonna get in eventually. Then we talked about Hightowers incredible tackle and how it’s kinda pointless because they’re just gonna run the same play again and they just go 8 yards from it. And then we were all jumping and screaming 😂

Gronk and Jules. Love these guys. Love the memories of the good ole days. I miss these times. Now we know what Detroit felt like.

Would be great to get more crucial moments play-by-play incorporated, with producers guiding in case of gaps. Malcolm recovering to push Kearse out of bounds to prevent the TD was a sore drop.

I love getting my heart ripped out every time I see that interception as a fan who grew up in Seattle during the Legion of Boom and the potential back to back Super Bowls. I can clearly remember where I was and how it sucked the air out of the room.

Gameplay 8.5? Dude this game is a 10 across the board. Stakes? How about the fact that Patriots lost off the Tyree helmet catch, the Manningham sideline catch, and it looked like they were gonna lose after the ball fell into Kearse’s lap. You know how deflating (no pun intended) that loss would have been? The stakes don’t get any higher.

I was at that parade...Ju was in fact hammered....on top of the float going crazy and Blunt and Gronk came out into the crowd and partied with the fans. Robert Krafts grandkids were screaming curse words from the float that had me dying laughing.

First time seeing this. Thank God that the Pats guys know and the beard guy (sorry didn't catch the name) addressed the run vs pass call situation. I've been saying the same thing for years about it. With any luck at all, hopefully people won't keep bringing it up, to just give it to Marshawn. Gladly signed a Hawks fan!

That Hawks defense I would put up there with the 2000 Ravens defense. The Pats being able to goal line stand with the pick was unreal especially after the ridiculous sideline catch leading up to that non run call to Beastmode.

Omg I have so many pics and videos of Gronk and Edelman from this victory parade. One of Gronk in a minion beenie and the duck boat is stopped everyone is throwing beers to him and catches one, shotguns it, then spikes it. As he’s doing it, a beer comes flying in and nails a guy behind him. Classic moment. What’s the email I can send these to??
