I blame Amanda Nunes for her own loss to Pena the first time. Lack of preparation and honestly seemed like she wanted to retire then. The second time proves it being she made Pena look like she had no business in there with her the second time. Pena is still riding on that win when she lost the last one so badly. She is the literal block of wood. Her mouth got her the title shot when she was coming off losses. I think the UFC put her back in her place with this one. This isnt making you a name or popular.

This is gonna be long, but someone has to say it: Juliana, I hope you see this comment. I wanna make sure you know that your real fans (like myself) did not join in when everyone starting saying the “delusional” stuff. You are far from delusional; you are inspirational. MMA fans can be raging followers and mimickers, especially since they know they might get likes on their comments if they repeat what they think people want to hear. But I saw you win TUF, work towards a title shot, and beat the supposed best in woman’s MMA. It was not a fluke. I don’t even think you exposed Amanda, but you just revealed how good you are. My excitement was through the roof when you won. It was one of the best nights I’ve had that year. From your skills to your personality, you bring us a great show always, and we (your true fans) appreciate you. All you haters out there, go and head and call me delusional as well-guess what… your words mean nothing. Deal with the fact that she wiped the floor with your champion and stop trying to make yourself feel better about it just because you failed to root for the woman who was always the people’s champion. Yes, Amanda won the rematch, but wow-she have to go to great lengths in switching up her style in order to beat Juliana (I’m not saying that as an excuse. Amanda was smart for that. And being smart is apart of fighting, so Amanda was the better fighter that night). I’m okay that Amanda won. Amanda is an awesome fighter, and at this level the best are able to beat the best. Yet, if they fight again I’m easily persuaded that Juliana wins. Amanda transformed her style to surprise Juliana, but now with Juliana knowing Amanda would desperately go that far, imagine how much more prepared Juliana would be for a third fight. Don’t you all see, in a rematch, you have the ability to see what happened before and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Amanda saw that she couldn’t fight her normal fight to beat Juliana, and so she learned from the first fight-it was the fact that it was a “rematch” (a fight where you learn from the previous fight) that allowed Amanda to win, yet yall haters wanna cover your ears regarding Juliana getting her “rematch” fight (a third fight). I think yall know what would really happen. Think about it. Juliana, with her drive, determination, hard work, and wit would walk into that third fight and show Amanda just how good she (Juliana) could be in “rematch’s” as well. I see Amanda getting finished. So Juliana, if you ever read this, go ahead and have your peace about the situation. We (your true fans) and yourself know why Amanda wants nothing to do with that third fight. When you take the championship again, you will be a true champion. Amanda will not be a shadow or cloud hanging over you or attached to you because you won the third fight already. You won by forfeit, because Amanda sadly left dust behind at how fast she ran. She could have sought to resolve her tie-break with Juliana and then retire, but that was way to risky for her, she knew that it’s safer to retire immediately then risk dealing with a hungry, savage, and now ready-for-surprises Juliana. It was a smart decision by Amanda, that I will admit. It’s team Juliana all day, and yall haters are the ones living in a delusion: a delusion where a fighter you expected to fail (in her career) did the exact opposite and so you still try to treat her like a failure because it makes you feel better about yourself being proved wrong. It really hurt you when she DESTROYED Amanda didn’t it? Hahaha. Yall still making excuses to this day. Understand this … Juliana and her true fans sleep easy over this Amanda stuff. It’s clear that when Amanda had the opportunity to close the fight with a third one, she understood her surprise style trick can’t work a second time. She ran hard, she ran fast, and she spends her days just like yall: in a delusion that maybe the first fight didn’t go Juliana’s way. Maybe she didn’t get embarrassed by Juliana when they both fought natural style for natural style, maybe she didn’t get finished into oblivion … maybe-just maybe-that first fight never even happened.

Lover of stories - Good take on what really happened with the Fued that's the way i see it too behavior patterns are all there if you know what to look for, fact of the matter is Nunes got too political with herself in the title picture of the Vixen beef she also tried to K.O. Pena the same way as the other wins but failed, there are specific reasons why Pena lost that rematch her coach explains the problems Julianna had + way more disadvantages than just the Nunes South Paw, also i'd like to point out had that 2'nd confrontation been a street fight or say a 7 round match Nunes would have lost to a sub. Pena was not giving up + Nunes couldn't finish her as much as she tried, you are right had they fought again for a 3'd time Pena would have adjusted just fine enough against the South Paw to take the belt a 2n'd time, Nunes already knew that as an experienced fighter + that's why she timed her retirement she wanted to retire with the belt still in her possession, + a 3'd Trilogy would have prevented that entirely mostly anything + everything Amanda Nunes has spoken on since they started their fued has been fake + false she met her Achilles Heel with Julianna Pena, + was hanging on in desperation throughout the first, second, + almost third encounter you could see the frustration in Nunes during her rematch with failed sub. attempts + no knockout the Vixen didn't get that Trilogy Physically but she most definitely exposed Nunes + won the fued, Julianna Pena did beat Amanda Nunes psychologically no doubt about right into retirement too bad she didn't get the chance to do it in the Octagon ring a secound time 1-1
