We have been married for 1 year and these words are truer than ever: Our wedding was the best weekend of my life, the best weekend of our lives and this has been the BEST YEAR! Our wedding was all about LOVE and spreading love with our family and friends!
That day was so perfect, but our life together is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever experienced, and we’re still working on making our lives together all about spreading love. I love you Brooks!

I was supposed to get married this year but because of COVID, it’s being postponed. I could never afford the “wedding weekend” Jules and Brooks threw together, in this lifetime but I saw this video montage and basically had aspirations to have my wedding be like that. It looked like so much love and the video made it seem like a fairytale, in short, perfect. But after hearing about them splitting after such a short time, it really put things in perspective. I don’t want to throw so much money on videos, dresses, photos, and aesthetics. I don’t need a lavish “wedding”, I want a marriage.
