Actually those were from two different auditions. The clip when she said "Hi" is from one audition And the clip where Juliane hit the X is taken from another. Quite a lot of this video consisted of different auditions "creatively" edited and pieced together to tell the story AGT wanted to tell. But that is entertainment. Hint look at the audience behind the judges they are NOT ALWAYS the same set between the acts clips and the judges clips. (Edit) also between the "Hi" and "Ok" they cut out or left out all the rest in between from where the judges asked her about herself and what she will be performing all the way to when the judges give their comments and their votes (she got at least three "nos" but none X).
