Our favorite meatball recipe is meatball stuffed manicotti. I just stuff one or two meatballs into each cooked manicotti, place in marinara sauce, top with cheese and cook until heated through!

They even make different kinds of meatballs Italian homestyle. This is such a creative idea. I know the kids will love these. You are always so thought-provoking. I did put pineapple chunks in there. Yummy! I didn't have sour cream but i had ranch dressing so i used it. Wow these are really great recipes. You really get us moms. We live in the country so we can't go out to eat so often. Love meatballs! The commercial ones contain something that gives me killer heartburn. Can't use them. But there is an alternative! ❤❤ I purchase my super lean ground beef when it's on sale. I mix that with ground turkey, chicken, chopped onions, seasonings, bake them, freeze them on a cookie sheet pan & bag them when frozen. Voila! Meatballs when you need them! ❤❤

I’m so glad I found you. I’m elderly so I’m glad I will be able to freeze.when I have leftovers like the holidays I make unbreakable plates with food,then I freeze.when frozen I vacuum seal the plates so I never was anything.when I make a stew after eating I put the rest in quart mason jars and throw in the freezer. Or if I have enough I will use my Nesco canner.

Happy Moms Day ! I love this video ! I try to make a practice of cooking 1-2 proteins, a starch and 1-3 veggies all at one time and store individually in the refrigerator or prep as prepared meals in containers. The latter means often eating repeated meals. However, with ingredients prepped and in separate containers I have the ability to vary my meals. Thanks for the ideas !

I'm just using ground meat (1/2 lb each ground pork and beef), I have a can of those Bush's fiesta black beans, and that's really all I changed... my family is sure to love this deconstructed taco Tuesday dinner - thank you!!
