Wonderful recipes!! Love your channel! The next time you make the no bake oat cookies...we called them preacher cookies...add shredded coconut to them. Just adds that little something extra to them...plus they stay moist longer. I have also added chopped pecans when I have them. Yummy!

Cant wait to try the Oreo cheesecake! Chocolate eclair cake has been a staple for my family for years. If you want the layers a bit “fluffier” fold the cool whip in after you’ve mixed the pudding. Just gives it an extra bit of fullness.

These all look great! It sounds crazy but I make the eclair cake with saltine crackers. It gives it such a light texture almost like an eclair! It is definitely a family favorite and people are usually surprised to hear they are saltines. I like to use the unsalted saltines to keep the saltiness down. Love your videos!
