In these universes, there are 2 different Victor Zsas, two different Poison Ivy, two different Mr. Freezes, two different Solomon Grundy, two different Fireflies, and a whole bunch of characters, who are completely different people in these two things. So no, this is not the same universe, it's just the same actress of Renee Montoya.
