Well, now it's 2024, and I've just seen this for the first time!. Great Scott! This was as charming and delightful as all get out! Loved every minute! When this was done in 1961, I was a college freshman. Last year, in 2023, I turned 80! Carol and Julie are a bit older, and though I don't speak for them, I wish we all could turn back the clock. We had more fun back in the day than people are having now, thanks to social media. I admit I like to send endless inquiries to Google and I enjoy KZbin videos (where I found this gem), but I avoid Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and all the rest. Thank you for posting this musical number. It was clever as can be, and so well done. Both Julie and Carol were oh, so talented!

Wonderful stuff - and slightly surreal. It is like a master class on musical comedy given by two of its greatest exponents. With their talent, just the facepaint is sufficient to create the illusion, a costume unnecessary.

Just seeing this in 2020. They had copyright issues with the costumes but not the music? I'm quite sure the costumes weren't exactly like the movie. This is great video .💕
