Not sure about the water consumption thing. 8x8 is rather simplistic, as people vary in size, the climate they're in, physical activity level, etc. Unless you can't avoid it, I'd shy away from bottled water too. Same with eating a lot of protein, as most people likely consume way too much. She does look great. I think people with dancing backgrounds tend to age better. Another example would be Ben Vereen. Dancers seem to have a twinkle in their eye!
