Before Sunset is one of my favorite films. What I always wonder is how she and Ethan Hawke can be so real. It's amazing! I'd like it if someone here on you tube could explain just how they can act as if they are not acting?

I saw her playing in the movie "Europa Europa" - it's basically a german movie, so I was sure she's originally German, because she talks fluent German in this movie... Amazing movie by the way... telling the story of a Jewish Holocaust survivor that is cought inthe Soviet Union by the nazis, and then because of a mistake in identification beomes a german solder... VERY recommended. She is playing the girl-friend of this Jewish/ nazi boy in this movie.

Julie Delpy - fell for you in a film-stars girly magazine (more than Monroe, Bardot, etc - they were all in there), then started seeing a couple of your movies; Two Days In Paris , & another one set in Paris (where the mademoiselle gets reunited with the American author - which this I'view's about. I think I prefer Two Days In Paris. If the script is true, then...well yeah, he had a lot to put up with, but he was a whinger (always complaining - a bit of a Woody Allen character).

I agree, this host is a big dork! He's asking her about flowers(!). It seems to me that he's just interested in making his silly jokes, to sustain TRP ratings et al.The content of her answers don't mean much except an extended joke to him probably.Entertainment and intellectualism is indeed a rarity.But she's so cool, taking all such foolishness in her stride. I loved her in both the films - such spontaneity and panache. Waiting to see her in 2 days in Paris.
