The tension leading up to the bridge still gives me the same goosebumps it did when I was a teenager all those years ago. @@cherls15 This was one of the biggest songs in SA at the time, when house music was the biggest music genre in the country. So many great memories are attached to this song for a lot South Africans. It was a relatively positive time, we were a fairly new democracy with so much hope and positivity. Black youth were free and could express themselves through house music. We embraced the genre on a deep spiritual level in South Africa and a lot of international DJs who came here can attest to that.
