@Larryher asi es, pero si es consuelo martirosyan es un alto clasificado superwelter que en cualquier momento va a ser campeon, tiene buen boxeo, rapidez y pegada regular, porque viene desde amateur por ser oimpico de estados unidos. el jr. hizo bien en escogerlo de sparring porque indudablemente tiene que mejorar mucho, sobre todo en defensa y velocidad; yo siento que ahi la lleva y que va a mejorar mas conforme siga el entrenameinto que esta llevando. tiene buena quijada el jr.

After watching this sparring session for the first time, my question was,why Vanes looks like he got beat up? his face was swollen and Chavez' clean. Vanes connected more combinations to the face of JC, but he got the worse. After wathching this sparring session a few times I noticed that vanes would connect Chavez with the cushioned part of the gloves and that most of the his punches landed on Jc's gloves. Dont get me wrong Vanes did connect some good punches,

martirosyan throws a great right uppercut on the inside for such a big guy, his combinations of the ropes are impressive as well. chavez jr looks too methodical, like his father but without the intensity, body punching or power.he really needs to start fighting top oppenents.

but ive seen this movie many times troughout JC's career, he gets punched several times but never seems to be hurt. Let's not confused the fact that got tired in many of his fights. If anybody thinks there's a reason why Vanes having connected the "BEST" punches of the sparring session he got more facial damage than Chavez. Both of them are good fighters but le's face it, this is just a sparring session and neither of them could have fought at 100%.

A lot of people talk a whole lot of shit about how Julio has never fought anybody. Well those people don't take into perspective that he never had an amateur career in boxing. I'd love to see these youtube warriors try and just jump into boxing as a professional and win all their fights. I'm not riding his nuts but damn give the man his props. To have never had any amateur fights Julio is a good fighter. He's a strong puncher and has a hell of a left hand. Freddie roach will do wonders for him.

Had that been a real fight Julio would have been KTFO, Julio gets hit to much and doesn't hit hard enough, he's also fighting on the inside when he's the taller man and he should be the one countering, Vanes ending up countering him something wicked the whole time I think he even hurt Julio a couple of times there...

sorry to break the news to you but NO fighter was the same on weigh ins and fight night.. there always heavier, sum more than others.. fact is, the 147 pound champ never weighs 147 in the ring.. the 160 pound champ doesnt weight 160 on fight night....nothing new

Fortunately for JCC Jr, Zbik is not as tough a fighter as Vanes. Vanes isnt great but he can punch. Zbik has no power and I dont like his chances at all of winning a decision in LA.

@kingmichael17 Chavez ain't a puncher what you talkin bout, he outweighed the light punching sebastian zbik by 20 lbs. and still could barely hurt him with anything. He hurt manfredo jr., but that ain't hard to do, plus manfredo was a bum ready to retire, and the fight even then was stopped too early. He got most of his stoppages as a 6'0 welterweight

@1AztecaBoxing Chavez Jr. has a glass chin, you'd know that if you knew anything about boxing. John Duddy (a light puncher) almost had chavez jr. out on his feet in the 6th round. Sebastian Zbik ( a SUPER light puncher) hurt him a few times. And more recently Peter Manfredo Jr. (light puncher) hurt him. If the fight wasn't stopped manfredo would've been fine. chavez has never fought a true puncher, because freddie roach knows this. That's why they wouldn't let him fight Andy lee, he'd be KOed.

@1AztecBoxing and before you say Andy lee was hurt and stopped by Brian Vera as your comeback, let me just say vera would hurt chavez jr. Not only that, he never hurt Lee, lee was just fatigued, and it was stopped too soon, vera had punched himself out and lee would've won, this was shown when Lee made vera his bitch in the rematch. Plus lee would've KOed a bum like manfredo with one punch, come to think of it chavez has no power either lol!!!

Chavez is no that good! And yes, Im Mexican. He did a poor performance in his last two fights. I would love to see him fight against the other poor fighter known as CANELO. They both suck and lots of mexican are putting their hopes on them. Tell you guys what. Julio's bother Omar is a bad ass. He is better than Julio Jr by far .
