curving? bend the foam? cover the outer side with packing tape first then you can freely bending it without breaking.

You must be proud of your unique work, being the "one off", a world reference in this field. But, but, please show people that they must round the leading edge of wings , turbo intakes, ruder and elevators, this improve speed, better control in stall and turns out nicer in the table

Thanks Juluis, I downloaded the plans and I have it done, and I modified the internal mechanism a little to attach my electronics made up of a 70mm EDF. 80amp ESC, to power it with an S6 I hope it works, in fact it is a beautiful model.

put the battery according the plane's balance on the CG, if you run out of space add weight ballast on the nose or tail as needed

it's just water, he use wax paper to cover the foam, for doing that he need : PVA glue, medium brush, wax paper/ tissue paper and water.
