ABSOLUTELY love your building techniques! I was a jet mechanic/ QA inspector on the T2 (and several other aircraft) in my time in the US NAVY. I was in the service when we adopted the T-45 and phased out the T2 Buckeye. I'd love to see you put together an A-4 Skyhawk!

Hey julius,i built this but modified it to take an EDF but im wondering if the motor i used will be powerful enough for takeoff.I 3d printed the EDF and used a 2212 2200kv motor from a kit i got from banggood.Do you think this will provide enough lift?I will have the flight sometime soon on my cannel if this will work,if not i guess ill have to get a better setup or buy an edf instead of printing one.

I have built one with a 70mm EDF from his plans. 3D printed bi-fircated duct for exhaust. Still needs to be flown though. Bad weather and pandemic.

70mm 6S with 3D printed Bifurcated exhaust duct. Maiden today. beautiful take off and climb out no trim. About 3 minutes into flight half the Horizontal stab began to flutter badly. Of course it was the side with the elevator servo and the buckeye nose dived into the ground. Had it not been for the collapse of the stab it would have been a sweet flyinging EDF conversion.
