Cool - 1 thing - F-16 don't use ailerons. They have elevons meaning the tail does all the flight controls.

The F-16 uses Elevons and Flaperon. The Flaperons have both up and down deflection as they are both ailerons and trailing edge flaps, and work with the Elevons and leading edge flaps through the flight control computer.

Just use three views of the F16 and find the scales.

I used Microsoft Excel to magnify the image to the desired proportions and find different scales in each point and then cut it with a paper pen roundabout and draw it by hand.
