I'm so very gratefully proud that thoughts that don't serve me or others are seen and given permission to flow through me. 💓release intensity.....bringing my subconscious shadows to the light. I've learned quite a lot about myself. Giving myself grace and learning to love myself. I started a practice of asking my guides every night to help me release anything conscious or subconscious that is not serving me and started having the most vivid, wildest dreams....writing everything down and trying to piece it together. Also saw "love yourself" and that's what I'm doing now....I never thought of it as channeling since I've only ever communicated through dreams! Thank your for your wonderful videos

After more than two years of inertia/integration/preferring to be in bed over anywhere else (after a shocking period that encompassed a progression of all three kinds of intensity talked about here), a few weeks ago I felt an intense shift and suddenly I have so much energy to move and do. It’s fascinating. It does feel like a next level, a new floor of the bright intensity experience. It has taken a lot of trust (that all things do eventually pass!) and self acceptance to get here.

Yesterday, I began re-directing my finances in a way that will benefit myself and my mom in the short and long term. Thank you Lee. Interesting energy topic tenderness and vulnerability. I have been living for over a month now with a man (not romantic) who mirrors special (and actually as an empath) unknown conditions(?). What I've often noticed over the last few years was the indifference in people, he doesn't reflect that, but he does reflect non-sentiment. He doesn't reflect tenderness either, but he does show himself attentive and he leaves my vulnerability (early child trauma, etc.), doesn't change it, doesn't improve it, but also doesn't pretend it doesn't exist, doesn't compliment and does what he says. He sometimes shrugs his shoulders and yet he does not reflect indifference. We have been living without a fight all this time and are talking about how we can harvest pine nuts ourselves. Very new to me. Life here is simpler but not necessarily easier, back to basics and I notice how westernized I am. Before this I had 7 places to stay in the past 5 weeks, got a holiday address that needs a lot of renovation and who knows, maybe I'll live there one day. Is this bright intensity? I come from years of static cocoon intensity. It's pretty overwhelming on a daily basis, but there's been potential here and I never would have had that opportunity where I came from.
