Hi Sean and Donnell. Watching the replay. Regarding sauerkraut I'm Slovak and grew up with the kraut. We'd cook it in with hotdogs, pork roast, stuffed cabbage rolls, brats and just about any thing as a side dish. The best thing is homemade kraut with homemade bread to soak up the juice. Making me hungry for kraut now😂😂😂.
