I just wanted to share that I brought fruit salsa and cinnamon chips to my family's 4th of July gathering, and it was a huge hit. My step-dad couldn't stop talking about it. I don't recall ever getting so many compliments on food before and it was so simple to make (though I don't have a cool chopper like yours so I did spend quite a while chopping fruit). I've been eating the leftovers for breakfast since then and I love it.

We all complain about the rain but we so need it. The trees love the rain and everything looks so green with a great down pour. Here in Australia we have many droughts and that means water restrictions in summer so I have learnt to appreciate the rain.....I still complain 😉 great shopping Amy, those discount stores are amazing 🥰🇦🇺

Good Morning, Amy...love watching your videos! They have the collapsible 3-compatment 'bins' made for the back of the car/trunk. That may be good for those small bags of groceries and other things that roll around. They are made of material, not plastic and collapse when not using. Have a great week.

Hi Amy, another good video and your brave doing it in the rain, I hate getting wet and it’s amazing how long the running around actually takes but nice to get it all done. Pretty good shopping haul as always I do miss certain things I used to get in groceries which I can no longer get but it is what it is right. Lauren is great with the kids hope she’s keeping well. When shopping at aldi I always bring a laundry basket or milk crate to put all my groceries in it works great and you just carry the basket in when you get home!

That coconut butter is amazing! I switched my husband over to it and he honestly LOVES it. We use it for cooking as well as spreading on breads. I have yet to find one I didn’t like from that brand.

When a shopper can’t locate an item you order they will say they are out even when they have the items. My daughter works for Walmart and it’s one of her pet peeves with some of the employees who are too lazy to ask someone where an item might be.

If you are putting ice in your drinks tub put ordinary salt on the ice it makes it colder, I don’t know the science but it works. Love the haul x

I love the ramen noodles broth. I buy the friendly ice cream cups occasionally when they are 10 for $10. We have no discount stores where I live so try shopping sales. I have not been able to find really fresh soft pita bread. I like them for tuna salad or blt’s.

Wow I can’t imagine taking 10 kids grocery shopping!! That must have been crazy! I only have 1 and I loved when she was in preschool so I could go shopping by myself! Now she’s 11 1/2 and my husband works from home so I can go out by myself whenever I want!

I don’t know if it is because I am from Florida, but it is super stressful to me that you drove around with ice cream and frozen goods and then it sat out at the house too .. 😂 I’m anxious the minute it is pulled from the freezers in the store .. if I had all that to do, I’d have a cooler with ice blocks in the back of my truck!

Just a warning for the non dairy oreo ice cream, for a lot of people it makes you gassy/gives you some stomach cramps. Doesn't happen to everyone but it does seem like a common reaction. Always love to see your hauls!

🤔IF your stone fruit is not quite ripe, avocados, peaches, nectarines, pears, plums, etc., place them in a "paper" sack and loosely close then place in a dark place out of the way checking periodically, every 2-3 days until ripened to your taste😉👍

Good morning. Don't you love pick ups. I have been using the Sams one for a couple years. My grocery only started a month ago, I have a habit of 'shopping' the store when I get my weekly items, I buy sale items, because I will use them, but I have 3 cabinets for food and it is the only storage place in the house, except for bathroom linen closet, which is full of household items.
