lol I dnf'd a feather so black earlier this year sooo boring. also I agree about fantasy romance these authors are not skilled in writing both the romance/plot it makes for a lackluster story.

omg yes!! like at least if they are only going to focus on the romance, they could at least make that good but it never is lol

My friend bought A Feather so Black for me as a birthday gift so I forced myself to finish it but I hated it 😭😭it was so long yet so little happened. The romance was so dull and not believable at all. I love fantasy romance but there is a lot of badly written fantasy romance out there.
