Condo will not go to zero but negative. When you use leverage and buying pre con with no intension to close it can easily go negative

I’m f fixed rate not going down then nothing will change we need fix rate to fall ! And some bank actually raced their fixed rate after bank of Canada cut ! It’s crazy ! This situation is so crazy ! Justin ruined Canada !

Canada 🇨🇦 economy needs much more rate cuts! I don’t think we are in an environment that even much lower rate going to send the housing market to the moon 🌙 Yes it will heat up some more activities.

Housing is not an asset class. It's a place to live. You're going to die in your house. Your heirs will reap the benefits of the family home. Buy conservatively. Put excess cash flow in great American companies and make real money over time.
