love the idea of the racks in the bottom, going to do that right now with mine. I just bought this model and am loving it, I do grilling as well as rotisserie cooking on mine.

Nice video guys, just wondering if you have managed to use some sort of lid or even heat reflector etc? Used ours the first time yesterday but noticed it took 3 plus hours to cook a chicken, figured I would Make a lid/reflector to reflect back the lost heat

With your amount of head beads you use would make it a very expensive way of cooking. You may have to use that many because your spit doesn't have a lid .
