I'm not an athlete, I live a regular life and I walk a couple of times a week and I lift weights as a hobby. Sometimes I bike for 30 minutes. But I do many ATG exercises because I think it helps me stay fit. Even though I am not a pro. Anyone else?

i am doing this and i feel my knees more strong!! coming back after acl partial
