Facts, especially when they’re both made out of the same products and are typically bought around the same suggested price depending on the seller. People get so caught up on the price difference (that the resellers and hype behind the shoe control) that they believe it’s “cheaper materials” when in reality the production cost for both shoes are roughly $20 and they use the same products as the authentic factories up the street. The fact that retail still have defects like glue residue and stitching, you may as well get the UA’s.

Honestly, I used to be like that. But fuck it I’ve gotten into reps as late. “Real” sneakers still have flaws, and I’m not about to pay 1.5k+ for a shoe that cost $20 to produce. Especially when fakes are still getting through StockX and Goat. 😂 a lot of these KZbinrs are downplaying reps a lot but it’s mainly because they go for the low end reps with major flaws for these type of videos, but that’s expected when they make money from reselling

Cool! One subtle but real difference not mentioned here, is that the sockliner insole multi- color design. As random as they are, the REAL ones clearly shows a color gradual change transition. You'll see for example a red losing shades gradually to turn to orange or blue gradually changing shades to a green or yellow. The Fake ones will have clear cut color changes with blue with a clear border next to a red abruptly. The replicators failed to notice that subtle identity of a real one. The gluing mess exposed by the blacklight shows us the difference of craftsmanship, attention to details, and how the OGs are manufactured, that's why they last longer and goes thru the Quality Assurance process vs. the fake ones.

I love the replicas! If you were able to get your hands on a real pair of chunky dunkys, I guess add them to your collection and sell them on a rainy day. Cool video! One more sign is the colour of the sock liner colour. On the real one is more like a tie dye vs the fake when is more like coloured camo. Also the hols on toe box of the real on are slightly smaller them the fake one is more wider.
