Is the song not in B rather than Bb?

I've been trying to play this on bass using cord sites and noticed they seem to be in b and yet the song on KZbin is in b flat. Now I get it. Those chord charts are wrong.

Didn't Keef use an Open G tuning and used a Capo on 4?. Good lesson here.

The song was recorded in open E. Keith has played it many ways live, most recently in open G.
