Your progression over the past year is crazy. Just goes to show that riding with people above your skill set is a massive boost to abilities. Not saying that you su@ked by any means. Ugh. Digging myself into a hole. April, you rip. Sick video.

Haha thank you! Yes it helps riding with good riders and also traveling always helps! I have been focused the most on jumping because I have the most fun with that.

Amazing April! I just got a MTB yesterday for 1st time at 60 years old and beat stage 4 cancer back in December. You are such an inspiration although I think I'll just try the easy flow trails for now.

I've been watching your videos for a long time now and definitely you're a way better rider now, I would like to know if you can wheelie yet, I've been trying here and there but I can't do it.
@AprilRideMTB4 ай бұрын
I did have a breakthrough day with wheelies the end of last year, but did become very depressed right after in my personal life and kind of stopped trying. Maybe after whistler I will focus on them again and make an updated video on what has helped me.

Those were some awesome jumps! They do look a bit scary, but I am sure after building up some courage and actually jumping, that fear is gone. The landing is actually much softer than what I heard from the other riders before you two jumped. Is it due to the bike or just how you land?
@notpablo83693 ай бұрын
Hello april hows the bike warehouse/hq?no major upgrades?
@Laodage234 ай бұрын
Awesome 🎉. Why brake? Where? How much?
@AprilRideMTB4 ай бұрын
Braking is so you don’t over jump. It depends on the dirt conditions as Danica explained in the beginning, also the second hip is a little smaller than the first hip.
