one question, do you pull up from front wheel or back wheel? like do u feeel the " kick" of the jump in the back wheel or yeet the front end ?

ive always struggled with nose diving to land smoothly after a jump, whether its on a mtb jump or at a skatepark on my bmx

You need to fly level, that way as you come into the landing you can push your chest forward and lift the back wheel up with your legs
