When I first bought GTA4 I found the police helicopter. I flew up as high as possible, so that it wouldn't let me any higher. I jumped from the helicopter, and survived when landing on Train Tracks. True story😂

This happened to me too 😂 I used to use cheats to get the annihilator, call roman and shoot him off the highest building. One time I accidently fell with him and fell down the GetaLife building but miraculously survived.
