Jumping Into Shark Infested Waters Penrhyn Atoll - 4K VLOG 203

Sharks swarm the Kwai as we're docked up to unload cargo on Penrhyn Atoll. Thinking I'd scare them off, I jump into the ocean off the side of the boat. To my surprise, the sharks stuck around and began circling me. Good thing I took that fish out of my pocket!
We explore the beautiful island and I ponder why so many of the houses are abandoned. Why so many of the islanders left for the mainlands. Seems like a rather idyllic place to live, outside of all the nonsense of modern life. We interview Alex William, a local of Penrhyn Island to learn more about the island and its history.

This video is with thought a doubt one of your best yet and I'm so glad the surf bum is no longer with you so you can concentrate on making these beautiful videos. The drone shots and music are incredible, almost movie-like. The interview with the elder local was fascinating, so fascinating that I plan on going to that island to do some diving and fly fishing.
