Great video. The Orangutan holding what looks like grapes is actually ficus fruit. The ficus tree is, among other wild fruit trees, a crucial food source for wildlife in borneo. This include the hornbills. The jungles in Sukau is fragmented. Not good for wildlife sanity. We are aggressively planting to link these forest areas to a bigger forest landscape which the conservationist called the Heart of Borneo. Again to ensure sanity of our wildlife diversity.

Man oh man. What a great video. As I have said many times, you two are the best tour guides in the world. And to see an orangatang (the old man of the forest) in the wild. Fantastic. Did you know they are the second smartest animal on the planet after humans. Their IQ is estimated at 70. Unbelievable.

I'm from Sabah, the fact is, when we see and hear the behavior of monkeys making noise, it is as a warning and watch out for the herd because of a threat and also one of the signs to identify the presence of crocodiles or other predatory animals nearby. normally when we see a large adult male crocodile often showing himself on the surface of the water showing us as competitors or other crocodiles that we are now in his territory and he is the alfa.

Though you already have your itinerary, but just in case the following are the best options: 1) Mountain province, 2) Balabac area, Southern Palawan, 3) Tao expedition boat trip from El Nido to Coron, or Coron to El Nido, 4) Calaguas Group of Islands, Camarines Norte, 5) Sorsogon area, Bicol, 6) Caramoan, Bicol. Safe trip!

Hiya. Chris and Carol. Binge-watching over the next few days to catch up on your adventures. The river looked a chocolate colour. That rain was heavy. That crocodile was chilled. Great footage. The colours. Beautiful. Wonderful to see all the monkeys. Do their noses get bigger with maturity?. So amazing to see the crocodiles so close. Love the birds calling. So cool to see all the different creatures and insects. Never seen such spikey plants. Would not want to fall on one of those. So lovely to see all the wildlife in their natural habitat. You were very lucky. Thank you for sharing. Have a wonderful week.

Located on the northern edge of the island of Borneo (map), this spectacular corner of Malaysia is home to superb white sandy beaches and coral islands as well as large swaths of pristine tropical rainforest. Sabah is also home to Mount Kinabalu, the highest peak in Southeast Asia at 4,095 meters; orangutans; and some of the world's most stunning diving sites. Sabah has a lot to do, especially for travelers who love nature and food! Happy discovering the hidden paradise and staying longer for more...love!

Guys, if you're into birds and animals, (if you are coming back to KL), you must visit :- 1) KL Bird Park ( one of the largest free flight aviary in the world if not the largest) 2) Zoo Negara, Malaysia's zoo. Lots of animals, go separate days. Panda before they're returned back to China and Malayan Tiger, the native species. Both are located within KL. It's worth paying for them with the photos and videos you'll get.
