The Happy Baryonyx I kill and skin cattle for crafting semi often but I’m not sure if it’s needed for 100% is what I meant I know they’re skinnable... now that I think of it the fact that there’s outfits that require sheep and cow skins makes me think they are counted towards 100%

I wanna get the achievement where you gotta skin every animal but I didnt know guarma was a one time thing. I thought it was a place I could always come back to and I was already wrapped into the story so I ran with the story missions. Now I did study all 3 parrots but didnt get a chance to skin them. Good video, thanks for going in depth on your thoughts on the guarma animals and other unique ones and whether they are required. This is the main reason why I haven’t bothered going after this trophy just yet, since I didn’t get all the animals on guarma. But I’m a bit ocd like you so I will probably just do a second play through and make sure I get all animals then and fill my compendium completely

As far as I can tell this is the best video to use to complete your compendium. And you can find mules in different spots on the map not just in quests or missions. Don't get them confused with donkeys. Just Google where or look them up on KZbin, you can find one easy.

If you do this glitch, you can get the Fer-De-Lance snake to spawn on main map! You have to be in epilogue though, as it's in New Austin.

I think another confusing problem is you can have all the required birds & animals but for them to count towards ‘zoologist’ you gotta study them. It happened to me, I had all animals required but I missed 3 that I didn’t study.

No. You have to get the ones that are required and nothing else. As in you can't study and kill the Legendary beaver and have it count as studying and killing a regular beaver; it has to be a regular beaver that you study and kill.

The 6 endemic animals of Guarma are not required for the trophy, at least that’s what i heard. But if you’re already playing at the epilogue, you can return to Guarma and hunt them
