My god…… been thinking bout this game off n on for years since I played it as a kid. Everytime I detailed it to people no one knew what I was talking and started thinking I made it up with another game. That piano section was my fav and the stand out section to me haha.

I played through twice, got the same clues, and both the mayor and the girl were correct. I think any pick is acceptable.

No, you don't truly know who the bigfoot person was, because it is random per playthrough - each playthrough, the culprit could be someone different. As for how the clues connect to the girl? The game literally explains each clue to you. Just listen to the kids explaining it. 1:55:03 this button belongs either to the mayor, or the geologist. (But not the miner). 2:05:38 this magnifying glass belongs either to the geologist, or the miner, but explicitly NOT the mayor 2:07:00 this coin could have belongs to anyone, so we just ignore it. So, what we have is: 1) The button belongs either to the mayor, or the geologist. 2) the magnifying glass belongs either to the geologist, or the miner. So who could have owned both the button and the magnifying glass? Only the geologist.

The original Jumpstart 4th grade game was too scary so they changed it to be an adventure. The 1st grade one got a 2000 remaster though.

Even though I personally prefer Haunted Island over this, it’s still a good game that was a decent balance between being challenging, yet not too difficult, and the story did keep my attention, although from a story level, Jo Hammet was better than this, but I do prefer this as a game over Jo Hammet, just simply because this one had a variety of learning challenges whereas Jo Hammet was pretty much just math most of the time which got really boring after a while. So for me, this is how I rank the Jumpstart Adventures series: 1. Mystery Mountain 2. Haunted Island 3. Sapphire Falls 4. Jo Hammet 5. Mission Earthquest Please feel free to disagree with me, but those are my personal rankings.
