It occurred to me that you also said you wanted an energy drink. I've had caffeinated beverages on days where my vertigo was more of a problem, and the results usually weren't good. My neurological system is like "WTF is this?" and the symptoms usually get worse. I just thought I'd mention that experience.

Ohio Dan Vertigo is a problem if I move around. Energy drinks help turbo charge my mind, and allows me to work, almost at the level I once was before my injury.

Caffeine in particular can have that kind of positive effect for me as well, but not if I'm already having a bad day, in which case it's like my system overloads. ... Good times!
